BitesizedGenius was consulted to evaluate a range of use cases that the organisation was exploring, as part of an initial assessment phase prior to the adoption of AI within the organisation. The engagement aimed to determine how generative AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT could be integrated to streamline internal processes and improve efficiency across several recurring workflows.

The collaborative sessions with BitesizedGenius were designed to be interactive and exploratory, involving team members from different departments to understand the practicalities and potential of each use case. The initial half-day workshop format was proposed to allow focused progress on all scenarios, with the flexibility to expand if additional depth or refinement was required.

While the primary goal was not to deliver final solutions, the organisation expected to gain valuable insights into the potential and limitations of AI integration within its operational processes.
